The New Directions Midwest Education Conference is an outreach by the Monroe-Randolph Regional Office of Education. Our philosophy and purpose is very simple. We believe in providing the most current and relevant professional development at the lowest possible costs for area and regional schools.
Our approach is not a shotgun style conference that offers innumerable presenters that breifly introduce a topic. We strongly believe that intensive and focused training provides the best opportunity for educators to improve their practice.
Furthermore, we are not-for-profit agency that strives to provide the best professional development for educators. Our leader, Dr. Marc Kiehna is the County Superintendent of Schools for Monroe and Randolph counties. We truly are "of the teacher and by the teacher".
